Using the service
These terms apply to aigifeditor.com, an independently operated service provided by an individual. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact support@aigifeditor.com with service or billing questions. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
You are responsible for the content you provide and for having the rights and permissions needed to use it. Do not use the service to violate others’ rights, break applicable law, interfere with the application, bypass usage restrictions or obtain access to another person’s account or tasks.
Local tools and generated results
Local conversion, editing and compression are available without a subscription. File size, duration, dimensions, frame count and available device resources limit what can be processed. Keep your source files and review every result before relying on it. We do not guarantee that a particular file will decode, that compression will reduce its size, or that an AI result will match your intent.
Prompt generation uses a remote provider. You must be authorized to submit your prompt to that provider. Generated content can contain mistakes or unexpected details. No additional ownership rights in third-party material are created merely by generating or converting a file. You are responsible for evaluating your intended use.
The one-time trial
The service provides six one-time free AI generations shared between guest use and your account. Registering or signing in does not create another allowance. Browser credentials and account records are merged to preserve prior use. Attempts to reset or multiply the trial may be limited. Local file tools do not consume this allowance.
Generation reserves an allowance or paid credits before submission. Confirmed failures return the reserved entitlement through the service’s settlement process. An uncertain submission remains under reconciliation rather than being treated immediately as a failure. Stopping the waiting screen does not cancel the provider’s task or automatically return credits.
Subscriptions and credits
Prices are shown in US dollars. After the free allowance, AI GIF generation uses ten credits for four to eight frames or twenty credits for nine to sixteen frames. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and provide the stated monthly allocation, which expires when that allowance period ends. Yearly subscriptions are billed once per year and release the stated allocation monthly; unused monthly credits do not roll over.
Add-on credit packs are available to eligible active subscribers. The direct credit pack is available to users without an active subscription. Both are one-time purchases with credits that do not expire. Eligibility and prices are checked by the server at checkout. Do not rely on altering browser values to change an order.
Subscriptions renew according to their billing interval until canceled. Use your account’s billing controls to cancel renewal. Canceling does not by itself end the current paid period or permit a second subscription immediately. This version supports changing plans after the current paid period ends and does not offer immediate prorated upgrades or downgrades.
Refunds and billing help
Refund requests are handled manually. Contact support@aigifeditor.com and provide an order number and the reason for your request. We do not promise a fixed refund window or unconditional eligibility in these terms. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If a refund is approved and processed, unused credits associated with the refunded purchase can be withdrawn, and future allocations from that refunded subscription period stop. Other unrelated credit purchases are not used to replenish a refunded order. Payment confirmation, rather than merely visiting the return page, determines credit delivery.
File availability and service changes
Generated files are available for twenty-four hours. Download anything you want to keep before it expires. Account history can remain after the downloadable file is removed. Local-tool downloads are saved on your device, and we cannot recover a file that was never stored by the service.
The service may be interrupted or changed. No particular availability, generation time, search ranking or recommendation is promised. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Material changes will be reflected in these terms.
