Who operates this service?
aigifeditor.com is operated by an individual. The operator does not publish a personal name on this website. Contact support@aigifeditor.com with privacy questions or requests concerning information connected to your account. This policy describes the service’s handling of information; your browser, network and external services may also process data under their own policies.
Files used in local tools
When you select images, a video or a GIF for local conversion, editing or compression, the tool reads the selected file in your browser. These tools do not upload the file to our application server or the AI provider. The resulting download is created on your device. Temporary browser memory and preview URLs are released when the operation is reset or the page closes.
We do not retain a server copy of local-tool inputs or outputs. A file that you save to your own device remains there until you remove it. Browser extensions, cloud backups and third-party destinations where you share a download are outside this local processing flow.
AI prompts and generated files
The AI generator sends your prompt and generation settings to our server and APIMart for processing. Do not include information that you are unwilling or unauthorized to send to a generation provider. Files selected in the local tools are not attached to this prompt request.
We store a task record, its prompt, settings, status and allowance or credit transaction so that generation can be tracked and settled. Completed files are stored using Cloudflare R2 and become unavailable for download after twenty-four hours. Account task history remains after file expiry. Provider processing and retention are governed by the provider’s own terms; the twenty-four-hour download window is not a promise about third-party retention.
Accounts, payments and support
Creating an account provides the name or display name, email address and authentication information required by the selected sign-in method. We use account identifiers to connect trial usage, credit transactions, orders and generated history. Contacting support provides the contents of the message and a reply address.
Stripe processes payment checkout. We store order and subscription identifiers, amounts, currency, status and the credit delivery records needed to provide and support purchases. Full card details are entered in Stripe’s payment interface rather than our GIF tools. Payment providers may retain information to meet their own obligations.
Cookies and abuse prevention
An essential browser credential tracks the one-time free allowance before you sign in. When you sign in, its recorded usage is merged with your account. Authentication cookies maintain your session. Clearing cookies or changing devices can affect continuity; the service cannot reliably identify the same natural person across every anonymous browser.
The server uses rate limits and a keyed representation of the connection IP address to limit abuse. Hosting and delivery services also receive ordinary network request information. These controls are separate from your six-generation allowance. The site’s analytics helper sends no analytics requests when its measurement configuration is absent. Any later analytics activation must be reflected in the live policy and applicable consent controls.
Retention and your requests
Account, transaction and support records are kept as needed to operate the service, reconcile usage, resolve disputes and meet applicable requirements. No fixed deletion deadline for every category is promised here. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@aigifeditor.com; we may need to verify ownership and may retain records where a legitimate or legal requirement applies.
Do not send a password or full payment-card number in a privacy request. If the service or its data handling changes materially, this policy will be updated. Rights provided by applicable law are not limited by this notice.
